+03. select at least, all the channels you want to grab for
+04. save the settings (click "Save Settings")

+05. get the cookie file for this site and save it as "yourtv.com.au_cookies.txt"

+06. put "yourtv.com.au_cookies.txt" into the same directory as the .ini

+*           generate your own yourtv.com.au.channel.xml file

+07. open yourtv.com.au.ini with a text editor
+08. remove the FIRST * in all the lines between @auto_xml_channel_start and @auto_xml_channel_end
+09. in the WebGrab++.config.xml file, add a dummy channel like this:
+    <channel update="i" site="yourtv.com.au" site_id="" xmltv_id="dummy">dummy</channel>
+10. run WG++ once.
+11. your should get a yourtv.com.au.channel.xml file in the same directory as the .ini file
+12. put the first * back in all the lines between @auto_xml_channel_start and @auto_xml_channel_end
+13. use the yourtv.com.au.channel.xml to setup your WebGrab++.config.xml file (you can now remove the dummy channels from 09.)
