+03. Click Select Channels
+04. Select the channels, you want to grab.  You can slect all the channels, but it speeds up the grabbing if you only select the ones you want.
+05. save the settings (click "Save My Settings")

+remark:  the channels file contains all the references for grabbing.
+But you can only grab the channels which you selected and saved in your cookies file.

+It is possible to create a channels file for only the channels you selected.
+
+Open the tvguide.co.uk.ini or tvguide.co.uk-full.ini in a texteditor like PSpad or Notepad++
+
+Enable the lines:
+

+By removing the * in front of the lines.
+Save the ini file
+
+Place in Webgrab++.config.xml the following line:
+
+    <channel update="i" site="tvguide.co.uk-full" site_id="89" xmltv_id="BBC2">BBC2</channel>
+    
+    or
+    
+    <channel update="i" site="tvguide.co.uk" site_id="89" xmltv_id="BBC2">BBC2</channel>
+    
+depending on the siteIni you are using.
+Now run WebGrab++ once.
+
+Disable the lines you have enable above again, and save the SiteIni.
